McDonald’s official story ↗COLOUR & PATTERN DEVELOPMENT
Choose colour, yarn-dyed or print references, then develop them around your use, fabric and scale.
01 / COLOUR DEVELOPMENT
We specialise in brand and trend colours, matching and sampling on the material you choose before establishing approved colour standards. Silk-cotton trend colours illustrate this development path; other materials can also be developed for your use.
SEASONS IN COLOUR / Dyed silk-cotton
Silk-cotton, brought to colour. A gentle shine. A soft touch.
Selected fabrics start from 10 metresConfirm the base fabric, colour and process before sampling.
A / FABRIC COLOUR DEVELOPMENT PALETTE
Combine HERUN evergreen directions with original forecast colours from WGSN × Coloro, Pantone and RAL; add A/W 26/27 context colours when useful. Trend sources, seasons, years and complete codes remain visible. The trend pool is updated by season.
Work back from shirts, skirts, linings or light layers: consider a dark-and-light foundation plus 1–3 marketing trend colours, with no fixed selection cap. Foundation HEX illustrates a design direction; confirm physical targets on the intended fabric. Selected fabrics support runs from 10 m.

B / BRAND-SPECIFIC COLOURS
Bring your company or brand colour as a VI value, a complete swatch reference or a physical sample. Develop it on the chosen base fabric and establish a shared approval standard for collection fabrics, coordinated materials and repeat orders.

McDonald’s official story ↗From the iconic Blue Box to packaging and branding, Tiffany Blue® makes colour a recognisable part of the house’s identity.
Tiffany’s official story ↗These examples illustrate colour recognition; they are not HERUN client projects. Your development starts with your own brand standard, sampled on the chosen base fabric and confirmed against an approved physical sample. The screen colours above are illustrative.
Develop my own brand colour ↗sRGB / HEX describe a digital display reference. The expandable Lab values are calculated from sRGB using D65 and the CIE 1931 2° standard observer. They are not instrument measurements of a physical colour standard or fabric.
Use a physical standard or approval sample as the textile target. Record L*, a* and b* with the agreed illuminant, observer, measurement mode (for example SCI / SCE) and UV conditions. Review ΔE00 and appearance across light sources; agree acceptance tolerances for the fabric and project.
Pantone FHI TCX uses cotton textile swatches. Keep the names of print PMS, CMYK, RAL DESIGN SYSTEM plus and Coloro systems with their codes. A RAL code is not a set of three L*, a*, b* readings.
