Frostfall 霜序
Contrast plaid with fine overchecks / 明暗对比复合格纹Navy, charcoal and ivory bands cross at different widths; slender warm lines give the plaid a measured rhythm.
海军蓝、炭灰与象牙白宽窄交错，暖色细线叠出有节制的节奏。
A pale line carries winter light through the shade.

Violet Haze 暮岚
Violet plaid with fine overchecks / 紫调细线叠格Violet and pale grey bands cross a dark ground; fine lilac lines connect the lighter blocks without flattening their depth.
紫与浅灰色带穿过深色底，淡紫细线连接亮面，保留层次。
Evening gathers in violet; a little light stays between the lines.

Harvest Wind 金风
Golden plaid with fine overchecks / 金褐细线叠格Gold, sand and deep brown bands form a clear light-to-dark sequence; narrow pale lines sharpen the crossings.
暖金、沙色与深褐铺开明暗层次，浅色细线清晰勾出交点。
The field holds its gold as the wind passes through.

Deepwood 林深
Rust and forest-green plaid / 赤褐深绿复合格纹Rust bands sit against a very dark green ground; fine ochre lines carry the warm accent through both directions.

A rust-coloured leaf settles into the hush of the wood.

Moonlit Shore 月汀
Tonal blue plaid with fine overchecks / 蓝炭同色调细线叠格Muted blue and charcoal bands overlap with fine blue overchecks; restrained contrast lets the broad blocks read softly.
低对比蓝与炭色宽带交叠，细蓝线叠格，使大色块柔和显现。
Night falls across the water; one blue line remains.

Winter Garden 冬庭
Green and berry plaid with pale overchecks / 绿莓色浅线叠格Evergreen and berry bands meet pale cream and softened green; slim light lines open the darker crossings.
常青绿与莓红交织柔绿、浅奶油色，明亮细线为深色交点留出呼吸。
Between evergreen and berry, the garden keeps a place for light.

The HERUN plaid collection explores crossing colour bands and fine overchecks. The artwork shows a twill effect; fibre, weave and repeat are agreed through physical samples.

02 / MATERIAL DECISION
Build the plaid into the weave.
One direction to assess is a wool / polyester yarn-dyed construction, connecting plaid scale, colour and weave. Fibre proportions, hand and suitability need sample validation.
03 / DEVELOPMENT
From the design file to sampling.
Translate the chosen pattern and target specifications into a sampling brief. Compare pattern scale, colour, hand and drape, then record the revisions.
04 / PRODUCTION
Clear roles through production.
Match manufacturing arrangements after sample, specification and commercial terms are agreed. Define quality review, quantity, timing and delivery responsibilities before production.
